The Friday Center (FCC) is fully accessible with plenty of ADA parking.
The FCC provides a quiet, secure, and private room located near the FCC front desk. This room is available on a first come first serve basis and is cleaned between users. Lactation services include a shared refrigerator for expressed milk storage (requires a signed waiver for use).
Gender non-specific restrooms are located on the second floor and can be accessed by elevator or stairs located near the FCC front desk.
Conference rooms often run with variable temperatures, some cooler while others are warmer. Plan to bring layers to ensure your comfort.
Wi-fi is open and free. No password required.
From Winston-Salem, Greensboro and West:
Take I-40 East to Exit 273 (Hwy 54 West/Chapel Hill). Turn right at top of ramp. Proceed approximately 2 miles and turn left onto Friday Center Drive. Take the SECOND right into the FCC Guest parking area. Guest parking will be on the left with the FCC on your right as you enter the parking area.
From Durham
Take I-85 South to 15-501 or I-40 East.
From Charlotte
Take I-85 North to Greensboro and follow the directions from Greensboro noted above.
From Wilmington and East
Take I-40 West to exit 273 (Hwy 54 West/Chapel Hill). follow the directions from Greensboro with the exception of turning left off the ramp as noted above.
The Friday Conference Center (FCC) quest parking lot is provided at no cost exclusively for conference attendees.
The SEMI-CIRCLE quest lot is located across from the main entrance at the South end of the facility. This is the SECOND right off Friday Center Drive.
Permits are required and must be displayed on the dashboard of each vehicle when parked in the guest lot at ALL times.

Plenty of ADA parking is available.
Vehicles may be left in lot following the conference times to allow for carpooling to Monday evening dinner groups. Ensure your permit remains prominently displayed.
There is continental breakfast and all-day beverage services within the Blueberry Hill area in the Atrium. Blueberry Hill services close at 4 p.m. each day.
Lunch is buffet style and accommodates the dietary restrictions conveyed to us during registration and should include ingredient labels to ensure appropriate safety for our participants.
You only need to check-in once. If you have a name badge you do not need to check-in a second time.

Carpooling: Cars may stay at the FCC while you attend a dinner group as long as the parking pass remains displayed on the dashboard of your car. Carpooling is highly recommended to avoid parking difficulties at the area restaurants.
